Entry-Level Associate Program

Job Summary

To support the integration of recent college graduates into the corporate world, the fully remote LEaPs Associate Program, starting July 6th, 2026, will provide a 16-week training experience focused on professional development, departmental alignment, and onboarding into entry-level roles across various teams including marketing and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training and receive mentorship to develop skills relevant to entry-level roles
• Engage in ongoing feedback mechanisms to assess performance and growth throughout the program
• Own initiatives and lead discussions to foster leadership skills and support peer development

Required qualifications

• Recent college graduate with less than 2 years of professional experience
• Interest in account management, e-commerce, analytics, supply chain, advertising, or digital content
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
