Entry-Level Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst - Commercial Auto/Transportation & Shared Economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for technology platforms, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Assist in coordinating small-scale projects, gathering business requirements, and supporting backlog management
• Create and maintain process documentation and contribute to user support materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2+ years of experience or relevant internship experience
• Strong interest in production support and project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus
• Experience supporting insurance operations is preferred but not required
