Job Summary
To support a growing sales organization, the full-time remote Entry Level Business Development Representative will generate qualified sales opportunities, assist Account Directors throughout the sales lifecycle, and contribute to overall revenue growth through outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and source new brand leads across various key verticals and maintain outbound prospect lists
- Set meetings and support Account Directors during active sales cycles, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Maintain CRM hygiene and coordinate internally with sales and strategy teams to ensure operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with social platforms, creators, and influencer marketing preferred
- Professional LinkedIn presence and clear, confident written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization and critical thinking abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and self-directed execution mindset
