Entry-Level Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Client Success Manager to join their Client Success Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients 1:1 to provide support, training, and product knowledge
• Manage retention efforts for at-risk clients
• Deliver well-documented handoffs to internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, ideally in business or communications
• Previous experience in a support or customer service role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Positive demeanor and trustworthy character
• Understanding of real estate is a plus but not necessary
