Entry-Level Contract Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Department of Veterans Affairs, the remote Entry-Level Contract Specialist will conduct market research, draft and process solicitations, and manage post-award administration while ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of procurement documents for accuracy and completeness
• Draft and prepare contract-related documents and forms, including purchase requisitions
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 24 semester hours in relevant fields such as business or finance
• Two years of federal contracting experience within the last five years
