Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound call types
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a criminal background check
