Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare contact center, the full-time remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative will manage communication with clients, members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers, addressing clinical inquiries and resolving claims processing issues.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians
  • Assist Member Care Representatives with clinical calls and troubleshoot claim processing issues
  • Document relevant claims and prior authorization information in the system
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of claims processing and prior authorizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Required equipment includes a Windows 10/11 PC, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
