Entry Level Data NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier One Technician (Data NOC) entry level.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer networks for issues and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with onsite technicians and other personnel to troubleshoot and update job status
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of tickets and jobs from start to finish

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
• One year of IT or customer support experience
• Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and tools
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Capability to follow defined processes and escalate issues appropriately
