Entry Level Data NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier One Technician (Data NOC) entry level.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor automated probes, trouble tickets, and customer networks for issues
• Coordinate with onsite technicians and other personnel to troubleshoot and update all parties on job status
• Document all job details and ensure tickets are handled accurately and promptly

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
• One year of IT or customer support experience
• Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and tools
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes and escalate issues as needed
