Job Summary
A company is looking for an End User Support Analyst - I to join their entry-level IT team supporting sales operations and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and establish Sales Account & NASP requests using provided tools and data sources
- Conduct CLE review and cleanup to ensure unique customer records
- Test and accept new GCH application functionality, providing actionable feedback
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar support or analyst role (entry-level welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for manual data review and analysis
- Willingness to support off-hours testing when required
- Fast learner with proven ability to master new technologies and workflows
- Effective teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
