Entry Level Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Exercise Physiologist - Clinical Check Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial face-to-face contact for patients entering the program
• Provide high-quality clinical care and evaluate patient records to suggest care paths
• Collaborate with the care team and technology team to enhance patient rehabilitation experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• ACSM certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and/or Pulmonary Rehab
• Strong anatomy and physiology skills
• Above average proficiency with technology and virtual care settings
