Entry-Level Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial operations and commission administration, the full-time Entry-Level Finance Operations Analyst will engage in data validation, reporting accuracy, and accounts payable activities while working remotely within the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and validation of commission statements, including calculations and reconciliations
• Generate operational and financial reports while ensuring data integrity and supporting process improvements
• Support accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and vendor communication

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial reconciliation
• Experience handling invoices and vendor records
• Ability to work with large data sets and manage multiple priorities
