Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Entry-Level Financial Analyst will manage essential record maintenance, high-volume data scrubbing, and detailed reconciliations while supporting complex month-end close processes and strategic financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records to ensure data integrity across ledgers and reporting systems
- Assist with detailed daily and monthly reconciliations, including investigating variances and discrepancies
- Provide comprehensive general accounting support, including preparing journal entries and organizing month-end close documentation
Required qualifications
- Recent graduate or in the process of completing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.6
- Completion of mid-level finance and accounting courses
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on data manipulation
- Familiarity with tools like Python or Google Apps Script is a plus
