Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator will review transactions, identify suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations while working remotely from their designated home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity
• Verify client identities and assess their relationships with financial institutions for KYC purposes
• Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to feedback
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, sorting) and strong research skills are a plus
