Entry Level GIS Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Technician, Entry Level.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain GIS data using ESRI and custom GIS software
• Evaluate, edit, and check various data layers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with instructions
• Maintain daily production schedules and utilize customized data automation tools

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, with internships considered a plus
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, Arc View, AutoCAD Map, and related software
• Some knowledge of civil engineering, cartography, and database management
• Must be a US Citizen
