Entry Level Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Implementation Specialist who will focus on onboarding new clients and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan
• Request and coordinate the collection of necessary data from clients and outside professionals
• Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-only environment
• High level of critical thinking
• Coachable and committed to professional development
• Ability to work in a remote setting and be authorized to work for any US employer
