Key Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in desk management and customer service
• Manage a book of business and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
• Support the renewal process and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Accurate data entry and excellent typing skills
• Ability to work from home with required internet speed
• Compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
