Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to employees in field and office environments nationwide
• Support over 50 applications, providing first-level support primarily via phone
• Handle 15-20 support tickets per day while collaborating within a team in a Microsoft-based environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required)
• Highly motivated with strong initiative
• Open-minded and eager to learn
• Some IT support understanding, which can be from internships, retail, school, or personal experience
• Some customer service experience
