Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst Level 1 in Tech Ops & Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-contact technical support for IT incidents and requests via multiple channels
  • Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, and document all interactions in the service desk ticketing system
  • Assist and train peers and end users on application functions while maintaining knowledge of banking regulations


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in a technology discipline preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Basic understanding of Citrix environment, Active Directory, and network fundamentals
  • IT support experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent entry-level certification preferred
