Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst Level 1 in Tech Ops & Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact technical support for IT incidents and requests via multiple channels
- Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, and document all interactions in the service desk ticketing system
- Assist and train peers and end users on application functions while maintaining knowledge of banking regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma required; Associate degree in a technology discipline preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic understanding of Citrix environment, Active Directory, and network fundamentals
- IT support experience in a corporate environment preferred
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent entry-level certification preferred
