Job Summary
Providing essential support for endpoint technology, the full-time Entry-Level IT Support Analyst will resolve incoming support requests related to device encryption, identity management, and audio-visual technology, primarily through phone calls, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve support requests involving device encryption, account access, and Unified Communications issues
- Document ticket information and follow up with customers as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and develop the knowledge base for IT support
Required qualifications
- An Associate's degree in computer science or a related field; OR
- Two years of computer support experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of training and/or experience
