Job Summary

A company is looking for a L1 Service Desk Technician to provide remote IT support for a major hospitality and retail client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and self-service portal
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic troubleshooting for Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Triage and categorize incoming tickets, document interactions, and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service role
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Understanding of Active Directory/Entra ID for user account maintenance
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
