• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in finance or business is a plus
• Self-driven and competitive mindset with a focus on sales
• Availability to commit to a 16-week training program
• No prior experience in mortgage sales is necessary; training will be provided
• Must be eligible for a Loan Officer position upon completion of training
