Entry Level Mortgage Banker

Job Summary

Assisting the Senior Vice President in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Entry Level Mortgage Banker will serve as the primary liaison to customers and support teams, manage loan pipelines, and ensure timely loan closings while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison to customers, internal operations support, realtors, and title companies
• Manage the Senior Vice President's pipeline and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams
• Prepare mortgage applications and disclosures while ensuring loan packages are complete

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to calculate income, including self-employed income
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Creative and proactive thinker with a friendly disposition
