Entry Level Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

Launching a career in the mortgage industry, the full-time Entry Level Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month while working remotely, ensuring accuracy in loan application packages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, reconciling them against system inputs
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters while delivering best-in-class customer service

Required qualifications

• Prior Loan Officer experience preferred
• College degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
• Desire to learn and grow within the mortgage industry
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn loan origination systems quickly
