Job Summary
A company is looking for an Entry-Level Call Center (Patient Rep.)
Key Responsibilities
- Treat all consumers with dignity and respect while managing patient accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and update customer records with call results
- Comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of account activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior PC and keyboard knowledge is mandatory
- Ability to compute basic math calculations
- Must reside in specified states and be available for scheduled shifts
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
