Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry-Level Call Center (Patient Rep.)

Key Responsibilities

• Treat all consumers with dignity and respect while managing patient accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and update customer records with call results
• Comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of account activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior PC and keyboard knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to compute basic math calculations
• Must reside in specified states and be available for scheduled shifts
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
