Entry Level Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist - Entry Level.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and identifies vendors for equipment and supplies
• Assists in evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors
• Tracks inventory and ensures timely delivery of orders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 or more years of experience in procurement or a similar role
• Associate Degree or commensurate experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
• General math competency and basic analysis of report data
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
