Entry-Level Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

To support proposal development activities, the full-time Entry-Level Proposal Specialist will work remotely, assisting in creating compelling narratives for federal government proposals while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing proposal schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute standardized approaches for efficient proposal artifacts in response to federal RFIs and RFPs
• Coordinate cross-functional team productivity, tracking schedules and compliance to maximize output
• Create and format content from complex inputs using AI prompting and desktop publishing tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with a strong academic record
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on impactful prose
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced AI prompting capabilities
• Desire to learn about federal procurement frameworks and technical domains
