Job Summary

A company is looking for an Awards Jury Recruitment Coordinator (Entry Level) for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification and recruitment of judges and speakers across the awards portfolio
  • Research and build target lists of appropriate senior industry professionals
  • Maintain and update the judges and speakers database, ensuring records are accurate and organised
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with support and guidance
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the marcoms industry
  • Interest in marketing, media, or events is desirable
