Job Summary
A company is looking for an Awards Jury Recruitment Coordinator (Entry Level) for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and recruitment of judges and speakers across the awards portfolio
- Research and build target lists of appropriate senior industry professionals
- Maintain and update the judges and speakers database, ensuring records are accurate and organised
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with support and guidance
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the marcoms industry
- Interest in marketing, media, or events is desirable
