Job Summary

As a remote, full-time Entry-Level Renewal Specialist, the candidate will manage the preparation and review of underwritten packets, track renewal processes, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with underwriting and account management teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Record renewal tracking and document preparation for group plans while prioritizing work to meet deadlines
  • Communicate renewal timelines and coordinate with underwriting and account management teams to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records in Smartsheet and Cadence, conducting regular audits of projects and documentation for compliance and quality assurance
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in the health insurance or related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including basic Excel formulas and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and OneNote
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA standards and maintain a reliable internet connection for remote work
