Entry Level Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the continuous growth of the company service lines, the full-time Entry Level Revenue Cycle Specialist will be trained in revenue cycle accounts receivable follow-up and billing workflows while managing processes end-to-end and collaborating across clinical and financial areas remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle processes from start to finish
• Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue
• Analyze metrics and reports to enhance performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• Willingness to learn revenue cycle AR follow-up and billing workflows
• Experience with healthcare front or back office is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
