Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Agent (Entry-level) to join their Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and key contacts using various online resources
• Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and gather insights from prospect conversations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• No degree required; entry-level applicants are welcome
• 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is beneficial
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Training will be provided for the role
