Job Summary

Entry Level Sales Representative, a full-time remote position focused on generating qualified leads and supporting pipeline growth in the beauty and wellness industry through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive to align outreach and engagement strategies
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up on inbound inquiries
• Maintain consistent outreach metrics, achieving targets for lead generation and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of B2B or sales experience preferred
• Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
