A company is looking for an Entry Level Scrum Master to facilitate Agile teams and support project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner with backlog management and user story refinement
- Track sprint progress and key Agile metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate communication between Scrum teams, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a team setting with leadership skills
- Strong interest in the field and ability to learn quickly
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Experience using Agile tools to track team performance
