Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Scrum Master to support agile development teams in delivering transportation management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for development teams
• Coach team members on Scrum principles and agile practices
• Identify and help remove obstacles that impede the team's progress

Required Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to facilitate meetings and drive productive discussions
• Organizational skills
• Internship or academic project experience with agile teams is preferred
