Entry Level Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support software development initiatives, the full-time Entry Level Software Engineer will develop applications using Java, Angular, and React while writing scalable code and collaborating with team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular 2+, React.js, and SQL
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests while resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Support continuous improvement by investigating new technologies and presenting findings for architectural review

Required qualifications

• Experience in programming languages Java and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• Familiarity with common APIs and data structures like Collections and Maps
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding is preferred
