Entry-Level Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Entry-Level Software Engineer will develop features and systems for Motive's platform, focusing on customer-facing product enhancements and integrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build new UI components and customize existing ones to enhance user experience
• Integrate with third-party APIs for backend and frontend functionalities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects effectively

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with React
• 1+ years of backend development experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails and/or Python
• Experience in a small startup environment (1-20 engineers)
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• An intuition for good design
