Providing specialized legal expertise, the full-time Entry-Level Staff Attorney will analyze and dispute denied insurance claims for healthcare providers, draft persuasive appeals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and dispute denied insurance claims by drafting effective administrative appeals
• Draft comprehensive appeal components addressing contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues
• Collaborate with analysts, clinicians, and operations specialists on complex cases to enhance appeal effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• 0-2 years of healthcare experience; revenue cycle management experience or exposure is a plus
• Outstanding written communication skills with a focus on persuasive argumentation
• Strong collaborative abilities and adaptability to team-based workflows
