Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards and referrals
  • Screen and evaluate talent, aligning candidates' motivations with business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process and represent the company at career fairs


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Experience with HRIS systems like SmartRecruiters and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications for communication and reporting
