Job Summary
A company is looking for an Entry Level: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards and referrals
- Screen and evaluate talent, aligning candidates' motivations with business needs
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process and represent the company at career fairs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Experience with HRIS systems like SmartRecruiters and Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications for communication and reporting
