Key Responsibilities

• Conducts various user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing

• Collaborates with design teams to create user-centered designs and evaluates prototypes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Interaction Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• 0-2 years of experience in UX research, including user testing and usability evaluation
• Novice understanding of user research methodologies and Design Thinking principles
• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Formal training in statistical analyses relevant to UX research
