Job Summary

To engage and motivate student-athletes during academic blocks, the part-time Entry Level Virtual Learning Coach will run live sessions, build relationships with students, and facilitate interactive activities, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run Academic Launches to engage students at the beginning of sessions
• Lead Academic Blocks to maintain student focus on coursework
• Track daily progress and communicate updates to the team regarding student engagement and challenges

Required qualifications

• Ability to connect with young people and create engaging interactions
• Experience in hosting live activities or games over video
• High energy and comfort with being on camera for extended periods
• Consistent reliability and commitment to student engagement
• A quiet workspace with a functional laptop or desktop, webcam, and stable internet connection
