Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in professional games or film concept design
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating traditional and technical techniques
Strong understanding of art theory, natural world, and architecture
Professional experience with Photoshop
(Bonus) Experience with 3D programs and game engines
