Environment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environment Manager for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and well-governed environments for engineering and QA teams
• Coordinate between development, QA, DevOps, release management, and infrastructure teams
• Control environment sprawl, cost, and configuration drift

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in environment management, release engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure operations
• Experience managing multi-tier non-production environments in a cloud-hosted setting (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration into delivery workflows
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and ITSM or ticketing systems
