Environmental Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a variety of administrative and sales tasks, the full-time Environmental Account Manager will build and maintain client relationships, process insurance changes, and ensure data integrity in remote environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with producers and internal teams to develop and track customized service strategies for clients
• Handles insurance quotes and proposals, providing clients with detailed summaries to aid in purchasing decisions
• Maintains accurate client files and documentation in agency management systems, including policy information and correspondence

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in the Excess & Surplus Insurance space
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to adapt to new computer functions and processes
• Experience with environmental insurance is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
