Environmental and Disposal Liabilities Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental and Disposal Liabilities (E&DL) Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Cost-to-Complete (CTC) E&DL estimates and gather documentation from POCs
• Input data into the Army E&DL financial system and assist with financial reporting data calls
• Update standard operating procedures (SOP) and contribute to deliverables and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or Environmental Sciences preferred; experience may substitute for education
• 1-3 years of related work experience in federal financial management, program management, or environmental liabilities
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships with clients
