Environmental and Social Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental and Social Management System and Gender Equity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-manage program execution, including workplans and stakeholder coordination
• Lead annual report preparation on ESMS/GE systems and develop training materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote tool adoption and best practices implementation

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, environmental or social sciences, economics, sustainability, or related fields
• 6+ years of experience in environmental and social due diligence and program management
• Experience in ESG/sustainability consulting or development finance preferred
• Familiarity with sustainability guidelines and frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards
• Experience in the design and implementation of Environmental & Social Management Systems
