Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage environmental obligations for remodel/special project programs, including site reviews and risk assessments
• Support Environmental Managers with oversight of real estate portfolios, focusing on asbestos assessment and ongoing remediation
• Review third-party environmental assessment reports and interact with external partners to achieve environmental objectives

Required Qualifications

• Education in Geology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in environmental consulting or a related field
• Knowledge of subsurface investigations and vapor intrusion
• Familiarity with regulatory agency interactions and contaminated site management
• Project management experience related to environmental projects
