Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret global chemical regulations, developing and implementing compliance action plans
• Lead PFAS compliance strategies and engage with stakeholders regarding regulatory requirements
• Oversee environmental programs and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental management, or sustainability within the Chemical, Heavy Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, particularly regarding PFAS
• Proven experience in developing environmental compliance programs and ISO 14001 management systems
• Experience authoring global Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and implementing global GHS standards
