Environmental Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global environmental compliance program, the full-time remote Environmental Compliance Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure products meet evolving global environmental regulations while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of environmental compliance engineers and data specialists, establishing priorities and ensuring accountability across regulatory analysis and compliance data management
• Drive global environmental compliance strategy for product regulations, monitoring developments and translating complex requirements into actionable guidance
• Oversee environmental compliance support throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with various business units to integrate compliance requirements into development processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in Canada or the US is required
• Typically requires 5+ years of management experience
• Experience in regulatory interpretations and advising on market access questions
• Ability to represent the organization in external forums and regulatory engagements
