Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental (Permitting) Engineer for a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct independent engineering reviews of the environmental permitting, regulatory, and compliance aspects of clean energy technologies and projects
Identify gaps and risks in environmental permitting, regulatory, and compliance aspects of projects
Provide engineering expertise and draft reports on evaluated systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in environmental engineering or related field
Background in environmental systems and permitting in energy or manufacturing industries
Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and municipal permitting and compliance requirements
Experience in independent engineering or technical advisory roles
US citizenship required due to government contract requirements
