Environmental Engineer - Hydrology

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Engineer specializing in Hydrology and Flood Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hydrologic, hydraulic, and reservoir modeling projects, including data analysis and model calibration
• Collaborate with the WARES team to enhance water resources modeling tools
• Collect, analyze, and summarize hydrologic and technical data for project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience, or a Master's degree with no experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in hydrologic, hydraulic, watershed, or reservoir modeling, or statistical analysis of hydrometeorological time series
• Experience with technical documentation and report writing
• Basic geospatial processing experience using ArcGIS or QGIS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with relational databases (SQL)
